RETURN POLICY

14 day return policy.

When you shop online with another project you have a period of 14 days to let us know you have regret the transaction and  hereafter 14 days to return your item.

The window of return starts on the day you receive the items from us.

After receiving the items you must handle them with care. This means you must try shoes on a carpet or soft surface recommended.

SHIPPING & Delivery time:

We ship to the following countries.

Denmark: 39kr. 1-3 working days.

Sweden: 75kr. 3-7 working days.

Norway: 75kr. 3-7 working days.

Finland: 75kr. 3-7 working days.

Germany: 75kr. 3-7 working days.

Belgium: 75kr. 3-7 working days.

United kingdom: 75kr.  3-7 days. working.

Netherlands: 75kr. 3-7 working days.

*The delivery time is only shown as guideline.

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY

Items should be returned to us in perfect conditon accompanied original invoice. Keep a copy to your self.

Returns will only be accepted if labels, original packinging are intact. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoebox as this is considered part of the product.

When shipping your package you should take care that the item is safely packed. You will be held responsible for the item until we receive them. Therefore keep your postal receipt tracking and return number.

You must pay the shipping fee and other possible fees when returning your purchase . This includes all kinds of returns. Also claims.

Please return the item as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving it.

When returning your item you must enclose a copy of your order. Also remember to return the filled out returnform.

After receiving your returned item , we conduct a quality check and thereafter you will be refunded the amount paid to us for the item.We will not refund the shippimg fee.

NOTICE:

You can lose your right to a refund for all or part of the original purchase if:

  • you have used the item
  • It has been damaged while under your responsibility.
  • If the shoebox has been damaged .
  • You have handled the item in such a way, that was not neccessary to determine the item`s composition and uses.
